1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
Real estate has diverse characteristics to attain many purposes. Owing to its special characteristics different from those of other goods, real estate may result in formidable catastrophe if it is biased to public interest or private interest.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review
(3) RESEARCH RESULTS
Thus, it is required to keep the balance of public interest or private interest. In serving such objective, the public law of real estate and private law of real estate conflict and cooperate each other. In connection with this matter, Constitutional Law abstractly presents the idea in the chapter of basic right provision and economy.
2. RESULTS
Receiving the idea, each individual law shall ensure that the confronting interest keeps harmony and balance in connection with real estate. It is also required that the confronting interest between public interest or private interest, possession and use as well as development and preservation keeps harmony.
