  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  The interest in real estate development work is getting higher and higher. and direct or indirect participants are increasing. The real estate development business needs diverse knowledge and investigation. If you invest recklessly in real estate to make easy money without close investigation, you can not succeed. This paper is research of objective real estate business process to teach and to help on practical real estate business.
  (2) RESEARCH METHOD
  This paper investigate the process and the business contents of real estate, research on plan of building and construction process that are specially one of the important fields, analyze and organize the books and investigation and dissertations about the Real estate and construction.
  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS
  Investigation of the real estate business and the plan and process of construction is organized.
  2. RESULTS
  It is a study on propulsion process of the real estate development business, work contents of various real estate business fields and development process. It is classified specially one of the most important fields such as running upphase and design phase, selecting operator phase and construction phase, and research plan and propulsion process.
