국문 초록

  일반적으로 환경의 동태성은 기업의 경쟁력을 약화시키는 역할을 한다. 하지만 한국의 첨단산업은 몇몇 분야에서 세계적인 경쟁력을 가지고 있다. 그렇다면 환경 동태성이 우리나라의 첨단기업에 어떠한 영향을 미친 것인가 ? 아쉽게도 기존 연구들은 이에 대한 해답을 제시하기 어렵다.
  이에 본 연구는 첨단산업에서 환경 동태성이 공급체인의 수익성과 결속에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 특히, 유연성과 의존성을 매개변수로 한 구조방정식 모형을 검정하였다.
  국내 전자산업 제조업체의 부품 공급업체 75곳을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과 경쟁 환경의 동태성은 공급업체의 유연성과 의존성을 강화하고, 기술환경의 동태성은 약화시 켰으며, 유연성은 수익성과 결속을 강화하였고, 의존성은 결속을 약화시키는 역할을 하였다.

영문 초록

  Generally speaking, environmental dynamism has negative on the competitiveness of firms. High-tech industry in Korea. However, has international competitiveness in various field of industry. If so, What effects did environmental dynamism have on high-tech industry in Korea ? Unfortunately, we can"t find the answer in prior studies.
  This study investigated the effects of dynamism on supply chain profitability and commitment. Especially, we tested the structural equation models including flexibility and dependence as mediating variables.
  According to the results of survey dealing with 75 electronic parts suppliers in Korea, Unlike technical dynamism, competitive dynamism weakened flexibility and dependence of suppliers. And flexibility strengthen the profitabilityand commitment of suppliers. But dependence of suppliers weakened the commitment of them.
