영문 초록

  Industry Region of an advanced nation shows recently itself to the environment preservation, pure complex, the compound complex, the industrial crowding cluster formed by the most types of knowledge-based industry.
  On the other side, Sa-Sang Industry complex show itself to the most factories of conventional industry, the various pollutions occurred by those, the city-environment worsening for house-commerce- industry mixed-loading, the traffic congestion m a town, waste water inflow, etc.
  Especially, the house-commerce- industry mixed-loading for removal carrying lands urges to the city-environment worsening.
  So, because it is the useful plan that the Sa-sang Industrial Region changes to the Knowledge-based Industrial Complex & the CompoundIndustrial Complex, it present the plan such as follow.
  The first side of an establishment, Sa-Sang Industrial Region maintenance-plan was presented. The second side of an system, construction of the digital industry complex, creation of the new industry location-space, acceleration of the industry cluster constitute, acceleration of the network within industry complex revolution subject, systemic plan for Sa-Sang industrial region maintenance, etc.
  Especially, industrial Cluster & RIS, that is the subject of this study, was presented as The developmental Method of the Knowledge-based Industry.
