  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  This study aims to conduct the pervasive effect of 8ㆍ31 Real Estate comprehensive counterplan and the future market prospect.
  (2) RESEARCH METHOD
  Through the statistical analysis of supply and demand about housing and land, this study makes the backing of 8ㆍ31 Real Estate comprehensive counterplan to grasp and analizes the effect of short and long term policy.
  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS
  As a result I expect that the price of housing and land will be stable.
  2. RESULTS
  (1) Under the influence of this counterplan, I expect the price of housing and land go down in the near future.
  (2) Because the speculation in real estate can be suspended, the shrinking of construction could be made. So construction companies will reduce the percent of housing construction part and extend the percent of BTL. SOC, overseas part.
