1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
If establishment of real estate business operated successfully, an important role of korean economy will be achieved by high level of industrial structure, employment creation and profitability increase, etc.
As this, this thesis aims to analyse the success factor to strengthen the competitive power in establishment of real estate business is Korea. Through this analysis, the establishment of real estate business can not be successful by only a simple momentary decision, and aims to furnish theoretically the success factor of the establishment of real estate business to primary business men, who think of the real estate business as successful if they have establishment capital.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
Until now, many scholars in and out of korea have researched the previous studies looking into success factors. Early researchers have exerted themselves for finding the traits of establishment persons, but gradually focused on various changeable factors such as industrial structure, strategy and organization structure, etc.
This study used literature research based on the individual traits of the establisher, selection of establishment items, and the establishment objective, establishment capital supply, establishment management and marketing.
(3) RESEARCH RESULTS
After analysis of causes of failure of a real estate business, if there is a preventive policy for failure, it can e a success management requirement. There are the judged occasions in which the causes of failure are diverse, and the considerable parts of them can not predicted.
As looked into now, together with the change of industrial structure the circle of real estate business has been remarkably changed one factor is said to be the activity of the establishment of real estate business.
However, establishment is important, but more important than establishment is whether or not the business is successful.
2. RESULTS
There are several causes in making an establishment successful.
Among them, the first, is the establisher"s individual traits. The study about the individual traits of an establisher is divided into background traits and psychological traits.
Second, the selection of establishment item.
Third, the question of supply of establishment capital.
Fourth, establishment management and marketing activity is correspondent with planning. Management marketing will be a success factor of establishment of real estate business.
Last, in the mid to long term, when employment expansion is achieved through establishment and enterprise growth, the advance cycle of job creating will be possible. Innovation technology, foundation establishment activiation will be, the most effective means to simultaneously foster new growth industry and create employment.
