1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
This study attempted to perform a positive study on how the range of the Qualities(professionality, ethics) is composed of, what correlation Brokerage Service Quality and the Competitive Advantage.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
In order to achieve the objective of this study, the previous studies and theories concerning the Qualities(professionality, ethics), Quality, Competitive Advantage of Real Estate Brokers were reviewed. And the questionnaire was ethics diagnosis the consciousness of the real estate broker, and then analysis was carried out with AMOS of a structural equation model.
(3) RESEARCH RESULTS
For this study, the questionnaires were given to 117 real estate brokers in Gwang-Ju, Jeon-nam
2. RESULTS
As a result of analysing the correlation between qualities (professionality, ethics) and service quality, it was found that the only professionality showed positive correlation significantly on the service quality, and as a result of examining the correlation between service qualty and competitive advantage, it was analyzed that the service quality showed positive correlation significantly on the competitive advantage.
