1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
To find the transmission mechanism of gangnam recontruction apartment prices and new town apartment prices, first of all, we have to research about granger causality, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition by VAR model.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
unit root rest, Granger Causality, VAR Method were used to proceed the research.
(3) RESEARCH RESULTS
We induced 3 categorical model by granger causality. Model is build up the prices of garignam recontruction apartment and pyungchon apartment, bundang apartment in turn. Model 2 is build up the prices of ilsan apartment and jungdong apartment, pyungchon apartment, bundang apartment in turn. Model 3 is build up the prices of sanbon apartment and jungdong apartment, pyungchon apartment, bundang apartment in turn.
2. RESULTS
We analyzed the reserach data in the paper with a various types of tables. As result, we realized that they have relations between the prices of gangnam recontruction apartment and the prices of New Town apartment. In particular, the prices of Gangriam recontruction apartment is closely associate with the prices of Bundang apartment.
