국문 초록
본 연구는 기업성장의 새로운 혁신 전략이자 기업의 사회적 공헌에 새 길을 여는 지식근로자 양성과 평생학습체제 구축이라는 뉴패러다임 운동을 국내 기업들이 수용하여 조기에 정착시킬수 있는 효과적인 뉴패러다임 평생학습 컨설팅 전략과 모델을 개발하는 것이 목적이었다. 연구방법은 연구의 결과가 현장에 곧바로 활용될 수 있도록 해야 한다는 전제하에 참여연구법(participatory research)을 적용하였다. 연구의 결과는 거시적 모델과 미시적 모델로 개발되었으며, 거시적 모델은 준비-착수-분석-설계-실행의 5단계로, 그 하위의 미시적 모델은 각 단계별로 3개 하위 절차로 구성함으로서 15단계로 개발되었다. 모든 단계에는 컨설팅과정의 의도 및 목적진술, 수행과제, 수행과제의 책임, 활용 도구, 점검사항, 산출 결과물, 용어 정의, 단계별 지침, 기간을 상세하게 포함시켰다. 본 연구의 결과는 평생교육의 실천 현장에서 평생교육 컨설팅을 체계적으로 전개하는데 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
영문 초록
There have been viably discussed on the new paradigm movement which it was focused on developing the knowledge workers and on building the lifelong learning system within the korean enterprises for the innovation and the social contribution. Recently, it has been rapidly increased the consulting demands for settling down successfully the lifelong learning system.
The purpose of this study was to develope the consulting model for supporting the successful settlement of the lifelong learning system within korean enterprise which new paradigm movement is orienting the knowledge workers development.
The methodology of research was applied the participatory research which it has been focused to involve with an object of study through the group discussions and workshops because the findings of the study should be utilizing immediately in the fields by the consultants.
The findings of this study were as follows. The lifelong learning consulting model was developed with the macro level and micro level. The macro model was constructed with preparation-entry-analysis-desing-implementation and the micro model was designed with the procedures of 15 steps which it was included the purpose, the task of tactics & negotiating, the allocation of responsibilities, tools, check points, output, definition of key concept, step tips, period etc.
