영문 초록

  How to allocate police manpower and realize optimum police service efficiency needs scientific knowledge. To settle this problem, we must increase total police manpower on the premise of adequate consideration of national condition restriction. We need to establish scientific and efficient police service mechanism, such as guiding police manpower mechanism, defend and control mechanism, strong attack mechanism and linkage mechanism with multiple police guards. Besides, we also need to build up a set of perfect police guarantee and management mechanism. In this way, the optimum police service efficiency can be exerted adequately.
