영문 초록

  Under the circumstance of lacking manpower, the Chinese police have fully developed and made use of its present manpower by strengthening training and education, raising the level of management, promoting technological advancement and combining special tasks with the mass line. The Chinese police have also scientifically deployed its police resources by ascertaining the orientation of police functions, enhancing Grass-roots organizations, recomposing police resources and improving the structure of the police. The deployment has raised the efficiency of police service and promoted the smooth fulfillment of police tasks.
