영문 초록
All of the low back pain patients showed some limits on range of motion of the lower limbs and loss of muscle strength. The study is to prove the influence of stretching low back muscle on patient with chronic low back pain using a Thera-Band The training of Thera-Band stretching was applied for women of ages 40~50with chronic low back pain, using general physical therapy and therapy with Thera-Band stretching The sudjects were 28 woman who had the chronic low back pain and suffered form this pain for mire than 2 months. The training lasted for eight weeks, from December to February and the results were as follows: 1. The initial low back flexibility for sit & reach stretching was 11.93㎝ and the average after applying the traning, it reached 20.70㎝, which shows is very high increase. 2. The initial muscle strength for sit up test was average of 3.47 and after applying the training average reached 12.00, which shows is very high increase 3. The Muscle strength for sit up & stop test result average of 13.73sec and the average after it is 23.67sec which shows very high increase As the above results the Thera-Band stretching program for chronic low back pain patients Can use one of the remedy method. Thus, the important basic data for the effcient remedy method of the medical doctor, physical therapist, and the general public et al.
