영문 초록

  We tried questionare survey to 331 physical director who worked for sports center in the region of Seoul and Kyung-Gi Do by scientific analysis of those result, we got some conclusion on the difference of psychological and physical Stress.
  1. Non-complex group revealed more Stress than complex group in psychological and physical aspect. The comparative analysis showed nonsignificant difference.
  2. Male group revealed more Stress than female group in psychological aspect. and Female group revealed more Stress than male group in physical aspects. The comparative analysis showed significant difference(p＜.001).
  3. Graduate School graduated group revealed more Stress than college graduated group, university graduated group in psychological aspect. The comparative analysis showed significant difference(p＜.05).
  4. Over 25 hours per week group revealed more Stress than 20-24 hours per week. less group below 19 hours per week in psychological aspect. the comparative analysis showed significant difference(p＜.05).
