This study seeks to analyze and examine factors which affect and leisure leader"s organizational behavior. The data for this study were collected at nine sports and leisure training institutes in Busan. At these sites 890 questionaires were distributed to a random sample of sport and leisure leaders. Of these, 849 were used for this study.
The results were as follows.
1. Generally all background variables(sex, accupation, age, working conditions and experience of turnover) were related to work-related variables. Education, however, was not so related. Among background variables and organization-related variables, age, marital status and experience of turnover were related to level of pay, organizational commitment and institutional security.
2. The greater the satisfaction with job, working conditions and position, the less the turnover. In the organization-related variables, all variables (level of pay, coworker relations, organizational commitment and institutional security level) had a significant impact on turnover.
3. Work-related variables, organization-related variables, and nonwork- related variables had an impact on turnover intent in all sport categories: taekwondo (42.08%), swimming (32.09%), body-building (30.79%), bowling (29.96%) and golf (27.18%). Also, these variables displayed a significant impact on turnover attempt in all sports categories, except for taekwondo.
