영문 초록
The objective of this study was to investigate Body composition and Respiratory. Circulation function of woman university student. For this investigation the author measured 2 skinfold thickness on each person by Double Pinch Method and BRUCE PROGRAM of treadmill exercise test.
The subject of this survey are the 7 soccer player in S university and 6 ordinary student in K university located in Seoul.
The conclusion of this study were as follow:
1. Body Composition
1) %Fat: It was M. 33.00±6.54% in Non-athletes, M. 23.58±3.13% in Athletes.
2) LBM: It was M. 36.14±4.63㎏ in Non-athletes, M. 42.35±3.51㎏ in Athletes.
2. Respiratory. Circulation Function
1) In VO₂ max and VO₂/wt max, Athletes were significantly higher than Non-athletes.
2) All the respire-circulatory factors except maximum Respiratory Quotient and maximum Respiratory Rate, Athletes were significantly higher than Non-athletes.
