영문 초록
This thesis is to investigate body composition and endurance on the base of skin fold thickness and endurance measurement.
For this investigation the author measured 4 skinfold thickness on each person by Double Pinch Method and five endurance lines body density and fat weight are calculated from skinfold thickness.
The subject of this survey are the 42 female students major in physical education and 42 female students major in dancing education, both of them attend K university located in seoul. The total 84 female students were selected and measured.
The results are as follows;
1. As for the average skinfold thickness (abdomen, upperarm, subscapular, lumber)was reavealed in 13.35±3.83㎜ from female physical group and 13.12±3.75㎜ in female dancing group.
2. Both physical female group and dancing groups skinfold thickness was revealed in upperarm>abdomen>subscapular>lumber in order.
3. As for the body density was revealed in 1.0529±0.007g/ml from female physical group and 1.0539±0.007g/ml female dancing group.
4. Percent body fat was revealed in 19.86±3.70% from the female physical group and 19.45±2.54% in female dancing group.
5. Body fat weight was revealed in 11.04±2.38㎏ from the female physical group and 9.86±1.98㎏ in female dancing group.
6. Sit-up was revealed in 44.92±9.70 times from the female physical group and 31.57±7.99 times in female dancing group.
7. push-up was revealed in 54.67±16.04 times from the female physical group and 32.35±8.59 times in female dancing group.
8. Flexed arm hang was revealed in 20.53±11.37 seconds from the female physical group and 9.92±8.30 seconds in female dancing group.
9. Harvard step test was revealed in 95.66±14.10beats from the female physical group and 93.28±12.86beats in female dancing group.
10. 800m run was reveled in 3.48min from the female physical group and 4.01min in female dancing group.
