영문 초록
In order to find out the effect of the rope skipping, Harvard step and jogging exercise upon the physical Fitness of the middle school students I selectde 40 2nd year male students of Buil middle school at Buchon city as the object of my research. 10 of them were made into rope skipping group, and second 10 of them were made into Harvard step group whereas 3rd 10 of them were made into jogging group with the 4th 10 of them were into control group.
The first through 3rd group were trained for 8weeks as scheruoed. The control group were made to get training for 3 hours a week. Analysis and investigation were made on the mesurement score before and after the training, and basing upon the result the correlation among each group was comparatively analyzed, and the conclusion was as follows:
1. Upon analyzing, measuring and investigating the physical fitness of the rope skipping group before and after training in order to get the result of the comparative analysis of correlation among each group I attained the following findings; Among the 3 items of standing broad jump (t-score 5.48, p<0.05), 1,000m Run distance (t-score 3.27, p<0.05), Chinning (t-score 2.91, p<0.05), Harvard step and Jogging groups showed meaningful difference.
Basing on the result as above we can see the rope skipping exercise causes much effect upon the middle school student for both their immediate counter action ability and their enhancement of endurance. It also proved that the exercise would help improve their strength.
2. upon analyzing, measuring and investigating the physical fitness of Harvard step group before and after training in order to get the result of comparative analysis of correlation among each group I attained the following findings; In the exercise of curving the upper body forwardly (t-score 2.39, p<0.05) I could see that there was a meaningful difference in it. Also there was much improvement in stick test.
3. Upon analyzing, measuring, and investigating the physical fitness of jogging group before and after training in order to get the result of comparative analysis of correlation among each group I attained the following findings: In the item of Running exercise for Shuttle Run (t-score 7.33, p<0.05) it proved to have more meaningful differences than other groups.
4. Upon analyzing, measuring, and investigating the physical Fitness of Control group before and after training in order to get the result of comparation analysis of correlation among each group I attained the following findings ; There was not any much improvement in achievement record comparing with other group, but there was proof that it helped improve the achievement record a little. I believe that it was due to the natual physical growth of the middle school students.
Upon examining the results above I believe that the rope skipping exercise proved to be effective following Harvard step exercise and jogging exercise. Therefore, I believe that the rope-skipping exercise is best for the youth to improve their physical Fitness Especially it is good for sports that need to have physical endurance power and immediate counter action power. I hope that it will be utilized more after for both physical education course and special technique exercise.
