영문 초록

  This paper presents the relationship between supply chain linkages and supply chain performance (cost containment and reliability of supply chain partners). Multivariate regression models are developed in order to identify the characteristics of determinants of linkages in the supply chain stack-holders(suppliers, internal stack-holders and customers). The statistical results based on survey samples suggested that internal integration is the best contributor to the cost containment while integration with supplier is the best strategy to achieve supply chain reliable performance.
