영문 초록

  As the development of the technology of computer and information communications, the customs and practices of trade transactions have changed and are changing now.  Bolero bills of lading is one of the creatures of such a technological evolution. But the environment and mechanism covering Bolero bills of lading is not same with the traditional bills of lading. So the methods and legal structure to secure the negotiability between two bills of ladings are different. Therefore the goals of this paper is to compare with the negotiability between traditional bills of lading and Bolero bills of lading. In order to having negotiability, bills of lading have to have two factors. It is essential in this paper whether traditional bills of lading and Bolero bills of lading have two factors or not. Traditional bills of lading was accepted by many national laws, international rules, many cases that bills of lading has two factors. And according to Bolero Rulebook, Bolero bills of lading was accepted negotiable bills of loading. But it is true that Bolero system is not perfect and will be change. So successive study about this subject is necessary.
