영문 초록

  We show how the relationships between producer"s behaviors and the distribution institution"s responses are to be made in an origin or producer market and also investigate that the impact of the system changes on the responses of their behaviors.   Under the government controled system in a fishing distribution, the carrying quantities of fishes are proportioned to the fishing prices and the number of the fishermen, but not proportioned to the transportation cost. On the contrary, under the free market system, the carrying quantities of fishes are proportioned to the number of the fishermen, and not proportioned to the distribution institution, but theyare not relation with the transportation cost.   The transfer of the government controled system to the free market system in a carrying quantities of fishes disperses the monopoly rent, reduces the cost of distribution, and improves the level of distributional service and the quality of fishes.
