영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES After liberation this thesis is about the properties reverted to the government of Japan and Japanese living in Korea, especially movable property and real estate. And "how are the properties distributed and disposed?" We examine thoroughly the matters and consider a countermeasure the found problems connected the laws of American military administration in that. (2) RESEARCH METHOD At the American military age among the properties reverted to the government, especially movable property and real estate was written regarding the law of American military administration. On the other hand after liberation in South Korea, "how is distribution and formation of property managed?" we must look around it. and we must think about it. And until now in North Korea how the properties reverted to the government of North Korea are managed have not studied in Korea. For this study I visited many important administrative branches. I collected a number of materials with the people who are working in this field. So this article is written by judging reasonable things realistically. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS We should have an accurate grasp of the properties reverted to the government and arrange it against our reunification in the future as the study of the properties reverted to the government under the American military age in relation to the laws of American military administration. So we should find out the problems and take a proper step. We ought to prevent in making national policy plan in advance. Therefore the study of the properties reverted to the government about distribution must be based on. After reunification, this thesis is needed in managing various properties. 2. RESULTS With this study we will duly recognize a lot of questions once more about the properties reverted to the government under the American Military Age during that time. Up to now we will rearrange our history which we ourselves had questions and arguments in ourselves by studying and investigating . By grasping the materials we think that relating learning will progress a lot. 3.
