1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Because the technological development of the medical and a rise in the standard of the national living have decreased death rate from mortal disease and a natural disaster, the average span of life has expanded so that the western countries have penetrated into old-aged societies and korea is expected to go into the same society in 2000. Is judged that will over come these maximum groping quantitative extension and qualitative improvement through participation of private capital. Namely, the silver class had ready financial power did funding an invariable money and development of complex paid welfare housing for aged with a public golf course or a golf practice range or kindergarten or nursery. In the long run, there is a fixed purpose to development a golf practice range model an able to bring force continuously operation earnings. (2) RESEARCH METHOD To achieve the research objective, We made use of the previous related research paper and statistical data and so on. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS This research paper made a contribution to development a golf practice range model an able to bring force continuously operation earnings and remove the living expenses problem of the silver class. In addition to for the development of paid welfare facilities for the aged, the nation gives the investment support such as tax reduction and develop the silver housing considering physical and emotional characteristics of the age for the settlement of true Korean-type silver housing facilities. 2. RESULTS There is the development of complex paid welfare housing for aged with a public golf course or a golf practice range, which can remove the solitude and living expenses, keep his health of the aged by a golf practice range operation earnings.
