특수교육 장학활동에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석 - 석ㆍ박사 논문 분석 결과를 중심으로

국문 초록

  이 연구에서는 1991년부터 2004년 까지 14년 동안의 특수교육 장학과 관련된 석ㆍ박사 논문 36편을 분석, 연구의 계획, 연구방법에 대한 고찰을 통하여 우리나라 석ㆍ박사 논문의 전반적 연구 동향을 살펴보고자 하였다.   그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구의 필요성에서 유치원 장학체제의 개선과 특수학교 교내자율장학의 개선이 18%로 상대적으로 높게 나타났지만 필요성이 골고루 다양한 편이었다. 연구주제에서는 교내자 율장학 개선과 특수교육 장학 실태 및 개선이 22.2%로 상대적으로 높게 나타났다.   연구목적, 용어의 정의에서는 특수학교(급)교사의 기대 및 지각 수준의 차이 25%, 교내자율장학26.1%로 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 연구대상에서는 특수학교 담당교사 34%로 비교적 높게 나타났고, 연구도구(설문지)의 내용에서는 교육과정 운영, 교수-학습지도, 장학담당자의 자질에서 비교적 높게 나타난 것을 보면, 특수교육 장학관련 연구는 앞으로도 장학담당자의 자질 향상, 교수-학습지도 중심의 장학방법의 개선, 권위주의적이고 지시ㆍ감독 위주에서 벗어나 장학담당자와 현장의 교사들 간의 원만하고 민주적이고 협의중심의 장학활동이 되도록 연구가 이루어진다면 특수교육의 질 향상과 더불어 장애아의 삶의 질이 향상될 것으로 추정되었다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this article was to identity on a general tendency of special education through review about the plan and methods of Korean from 1991 to 2004 36 articles of masterㆍDoctor"s thesis related to Special Education.   The results of this study were as follows; First, At necessity was equally but variety improvement of kindergartens system of supervision was 18% used high class for relatively. This study subject was 22.2% improvement of self-control supervision and Special Education supervision state and improvement. This purpose of study, used high class for relatively definition of term level of expectation special(special class) school teacher"s difference 25% of understading, self-control supervision in school was 26.1%. This object research 34% used high class for relatively of special school teacher. This question paper contents, management curriculum, teaching-study guidance, quality supervision inspector mor in-depth, quality studies for even though, It is considered that Special Education quality and improvement handicapped children"s life style improvement supervision"s method, out of dignitic style, indicationㆍcontrol supervision state focus perfect, democratic, conference.
