영문 초록

Architecture supervision is a public system which prevents an illegally built house from constructing. Architecture supervisor has strict obligation of attention for the efficient conduct of the supervising. A owner conclude supervision contract with architecture supervisor. The character of the architecture supervision is not the mandate or contract for work but the anonymous or atypical contract. Therefore one of the party concerned is bankrupt, the supervision contract do not come to an end. If the building owner end unfinished construction in the middle of supervisor's work, the supervisor compensate an building owner for his labor. Hereafter the study of legal problems on the architecture supervision to be continued.
