영문 초록

As the pre-prevention against illegal export of strategic items is more effective than the post-punishment, many countries are endeavoring to set up voluntary export regulation through the establishment of self-prevention system by the individual firms. It is very essential to have the parameters which can help to decide whether some items are a kind of strategic items or not. In Korea, the correlation table between strategic items and HSK is used as parameters, but it has some problems in both contexts of logics and schemes such as mistakes, missing and errors on the correlation table. Therefore, this study will suggest some improvements of the correlation between strategic items and HSK.
