영문 초록

This paper aims at analyzing exclusion risks related with insurer's compensation responsibility in the case of insurance accidents. Especially, analyzing and comparing with exclusion risks in ICC and ADS(1973/1984) of Germany. Therefore, the result is that exclusion range in ICC is more extended than ADS(1973/1984) of Germany. This requires retrenchment of insurer's exclusion risks in ICC to obtain the generality in international commerce because that result limits the internationality of ICC.
