영문 초록
The Purpose of this Study is to identify relationships between types of product innovation and such contingency factors of product innovation as environment, resource capabilities, business strategy, C.E.O's management styles, and organization culture in Telecommunication Industry. We identify types of product innovation by the strength of originality in product development; radical product innovation or Incremental product innovation.
The major findings of this study are summarized as follows;
First, incremental product innovation is positively related to such factors as customers, non-price competition, market capability differentiation strategy but. negatively related to focus strategy.
Second, radical product innovation has positive relations to such contingency factors as technological environment, government support, R & D capability, technical innovation strategy, innovative management style and innovative culture but, has negative relation to cost leadership.
