국문 초록

이 연구는 자기결정 프로그램의 적용이 부모와 교사의 자기결정력에 대한 인식수준과 경도정신지체 학생들의 자기결정 행동의 평가에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있으며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기결정 프로그램에 대한 정보를 제공받은 부모들이 정보를 제공받지 못한 부모들보다 자기결정력에 대한 인식이 높으며, 경도정신지체 학생들의 자기결정 행동에 대한 평가 또한 높다. 둘째, 자기결정 프로그램에 대한 정보를 제공받은 교사들이 자기결정 프로그램에 대해 어떠한 정보를 제공받지 못한 교사들보다 자기결정력에 대한 인식이 높으며, 경도정신지체 학생들의 자기결정 행동에 대한 평가 또한 높다. 셋째, 자기결정력 프로그램에 대한 부모와 교사의 인식수준과 경도정신지체 학생들의 자기결정 행동 간에 직접적인 상관은 없다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to examine the effects on parent and teacher's recognition level about self-determination program on self-determination behaviors evaluation of students with mild mental retardation. Independent Sample t-test was used to examine the effects on parents' and teachers' recognition on self- determination and students' behaviors evaluation on self-determination. The results were as follows: Firstly, parents who received information about self-determination program demonstrated higher recognition on self-determination than the others who did not. Also, the higher recognition on self-determination they possessed the higher their students' self-determination behaviors evaluation were. Secondly, teachers who received information about self-determination program demonstrated higher recognition on self-determination than the others who did not. Also, the higher recognition on self-determination they possessed the higher their students' self-determination behaviors evaluation were. Thirdly, there were no direct correlational relationship between parents' and teachers' recognition on self-determination and students' self-determination behaviors.
