초등학교 기간제 교사의 교육능력 관련 요소의 인과관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 기간제 교사의 교직관, 대인관계, 교재연구능력, 교수-학습자료 활용능력, 교과수업능력, 특기/적성지도능력 및 평가능력 등 일곱 요소간의 인과관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 전국의 학군을 대도시, 도시 및 읍면 등으로 유층화하여 기간제 교사가 근무하는 초등학교 209개교에서 기간제 교사 평교사 및 부장교사가 동시에 기간제 교사의 교육수행능력에 대하여 평가하였다. 연구한 결과, 첫째, 기간제 교사의 대인관계와 교재연구능력이 교수능력, 학습자의 특기/적성 신장 지도능력 및 평가능력 분산 각각의 28.1%, 35.5% 및 24.8%를 설명하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 기간제 교사의 교수-학습자료 활용능력과 교재연구능력이 교수(수업)능력, 평가능력, 및 학생의 특기/적성 지도능력요소 각각의 21.7%, 37.0% 및 12.8%를 직접 설명하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

This research was performed to investigate the causal relationships among seven latent factors, named as educational philosophy, human relationship, ability of subject study, application ability of learning materials, instructional ability of subject matters, training ability of students' special competence and evaluation ability. The following results were verified through the theoretical investigation, period-limit teachers, colleague teachers as well as chief teachers' evaluation of 209 period-limit teachers' educational competence. First, period-limit teachers' human relationship and ability of subject study influenced directly and indirectly on their own instructional ability variance(28.1%), training ability variance of students' special competence and aptitude(35.5%), and evaluation ability (24.8%). Second, Peroid-limit teachers' application ability of learning materials and ability of subject study influenced directly on instructional ability variance(21.7%), evaluation ability(37.0%) and training ability of students' special competence and aptitude(12.8%).
