국문 초록

이 연구는 개정된 성인용 직업적성검사와 기존 성인용 직업적성검사를 연계(linking)하고 그 타당성을 검증하려는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 단일집단설계와 무선동등집단설계를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연계화 작업에 앞서 개정판 검사와 기존판 검사가 측정하는 구성요인의 비교성 검증을 위해 하위검사간 상관과 하위요인간 상관을 분석하였다. 연계화를 위해 무선동등집단 설계를 통해 수집한 자료에 동백분위 방법을 적용하였으며, 표집에 따른 무선오차를 줄이기 위해 큐빅 스플라인 방법으로 연계화 함수를 사후 완곡화 하였다. 연계화에 따른 오차를 파악하기 위해 각 점수별로 연계화 오차에 대한 구체적인 정보를 제공할 수 있는 bootstrap방법을 적용하였다. 연계화 결과의 타당성을 평가하기 위해 단일집단 설계 자료를 이용하여 동일 피험자가 기존판 검사를 본 후 산출된 척도 점수와 개정판 검사를 본 후 연계화를 통해 얻어진 척도점수를 비교ㆍ분석하였다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to address issues related to linking scores between old and new vocational aptitude batteries for adults. Both single-group and random-groups data collection designs were administerd to gather data for proposed analyses. Before conducting actual linking procedures, the degree of construct compatability between old and new test batteries was checked by investigating correlation matrices among sub-tests and sub-factors in batteries. Equipercentile linking procedures with a cubic-spline post-smoothing technique were applied to find linking relationships between old and new vocational aptitude batteries. The cubic-spline post-smoothing technique helps to reduce linking errors due to random selection of examinees for linking. Linking error on each score point was calculated by using the Bootstrap re-sampling technique. The validity of applied linking procedures was examined by comparing examinees' scale scores from single-group design that forced examinees to take both old and new vocational aptitude batteries.
