국문 초록

본 연구는 ERP시스템 아웃소싱 성과와 아웃소싱 정도간의 관계에서 성공요인의 조절효과를 분석하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있으며, ERP시스템 아웃소싱 성과변수로는 ERP시스템의 인지된 성과와 아웃소싱의 인지된 효과를 사용하였고, 성공요인변수로는 ERP 공급업체 능력, ERP시스템 훈련, 최종사용자 참여와 지지, 최고경영층 지원 및 혁신선도자 지원을 사용하였다. 분석결과 최종사용자 참여와 지지가 약한 조절효과를 지니는 것으로 나타나 ERP시스템의 성공적인 구현에 ERP공급업체나 외부 컨설턴트의 참여와 동시에 최종사용자의 참여가 중요함을 보여주고 있다. 추가적으로 성공요인변수의 매개효과와 직접효과를 분석하였는데, 매개효과분석에서는 혁신선도자 지원이 ERP시스템의 아웃소싱 정도와 인지된 성과간에 매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타나, ERP시스템 아웃소싱이 ERP시스템 관련 전문적 신지식을 혁신선도자에게 전달함으로써 ERP시스템 정착을 통한 성과실현에 혁신선도자의 적극적인 지원을 유발하는 효과를 지님을 보여주고 있다. 직접효과분석에서는 ERP시스템 훈련, 최종사용자 참여와 지지 및 혁신선도자 지원이 유의적인 효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effects of success factors between the degree of ERP systems outsourcing and ERP systems performance. The research model is based on the relational exchange theory, the network/interaction theory and the innovation diffusion approach, and considered ERP vendor capability, ERP training, participation, top management support and championship support as success factors. For this study, 400 questionnaires are mailed to the highest executives who have the authority for ERP systems. 79 usable responses are returned from the survey, factor analyses and multivariate regression analyses are performed for this responses. Empirical results demonstrate that success factors have not moderating effects anywhere the perceived performance of ERP systems and the perceived effect of ERP systems outsourcing. Additionally, multivariate regression analyses are performed to investigate the mediating effects and direct effects of success factors on the success of ERP systems outsourcing. The results indicate that the championship support has mediating effects and the success of ERP systems outsourcing depends directly on ERP training, participation, and championship support out of sucess factors.
