영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop education program for older women. The program established an integrated approach with improved coordination and collaboration between older women and other generations in the family. The program contains how to refind herselves of older women, understand others, communicate with others, make life plan and implemente role play for intergenerational relationship, based on previous studies. Participating in this education program could be another initiative for older women to get empowered and overcome family conflict. More research should be conducted on children and grandchildren to develop education program improving intergenerational relation.
