Reading in the deaf education is one of the most important activities that are needed in the learning of all curriculums. For Improving the learning achievement of students with deaf or hearing disabilities, we must met various problems that are concerned with the loss of reading ability. Therefore, a developing of effective instruction strategy for enhancing reading and writing abilities of the students with deaf or hearing disabilities help the deaf to decrease error, time, and effort that are not needed. In this reason, it is a necessary education activity for increasing the language ability of students of deaf or hearing disabilities. In this study we tried to investigate on the effects that an instruction of using newspaper in various reading strategies affects for both reading and writing abilities of the students with deaf or hearing disabilities.
