서비스공정성 개념의 대안적 측정이 신뢰와 고객의 자발적 행위 추정에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 측정모델의 두 가지 대안적 개념(반영지표와 형성지표)을 소개하고, 구조방정식모델 상황에서 대안적 측정모델이 연구결과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악한다. 실증적 비교분석을 위해, 서비스공정성→신뢰→자발적 행위의 구조방정식 모델에서 서비스공정성(분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호작용공정성)을 반영(결과)지표와 형성(원인)지표로 각각 전제하고 이에 따라 연구 결과가 어떻게 달라지는지를 검토한다. 구조방정식모델분석을 위해 지금까지 광범위하게 사용하였던 L1SREL 프로그램으로는 형성지표를 포함하는 구조방정식모델추정이 용이하지 않기 때문에 RAMONA procedure를 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 측정척도에 대한 시각에 따라 일차적으로 이론변수와 관찰변수 사이의 추정치에 현저한 차이가 나타났으며, 나아가 구조방정식의 경로 추정치에도 많은 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Alternative Measurements of Service Justice Constructs and Their Effect on Estimation of Trust and Customer Voluntary Behavior : Reflective Measurement Indicator vs Formative Measurement Indicator This paper introduces two alternative views of measurement model in structural equation modeling context, and examines the effects of these alternative measurement on structural relationship among latent variables. An empirical study is used to illustrate the fact that alternative perspectives on the causal relationship between theory variable(construct) and measured variables(indicators) will lead to different conclusions about factor loadings of measurement indicators and also on the relationship among constructs in covariance structure analysis. This study uses RAMONA procedure for model estimation, because it is difficult for conventional covariance structure analysis packages such as LISREL, AMOS, and EQS to specify the structural model that contains formative indicators. The empirical result shows that there are remarkable differences between two alternative measurement views in terms of in estimated factor loading and structural relationship coefficients.
