국문 초록

본 연구는 제조기업들내에 첨단 생산기술이 도입될 경우, 관리회계정보시스템(Management accounting information systens: MAIS)의 전략적 연계수준과 첨단 생산기술 수준간의 관계를 분석하고, MAIS 전략적 연계가 생산성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 그리고 MAIS 전략적 연계수준이 높아지게 되면 MAIS 정보특성들에 있어서 어떠한 변화들이 일어나는지 실증자료로써 분석하려고 한다. 또한, 본 연구는 도입된 첨단 생산기술에 적합하게 MAIS 전략적 연계를 달성하기 위해서는 어떠한 조직적, 관리적 여건들이 기업내에 갖추어져야 되는지를 밝혀내게 된다. 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 첨단 생산기술 도입수준과 MAIS 전략적 연계수준간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 전략적 연계수준과 생산 성과 간에도 양의 상관성이 있음이 제시되었다. 그리고 전략적 연계 촉진요인들 중 타부서 참여와 회계담당자 참여가 첨단 생산기술과 전략적 연계수준 간의 관계에 긍정적인 조절영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전략적 연계수준과 정보범위 및 정보통합도 간에도 유의적인 양의 상관관계가 있음이 입증되었다.

영문 초록

The Strategic Alignment Model of Management Accounting Information Systems This study empirically examined the relationships among the level of advanced manufacturing technology(AMT), the degree of management accounting information systems(MAIS) strategic alignment and the improvement of production performance. The relationship between MAIS strategic alignment and information characteristics of MAIS was also investigated. In addition, we empirically examined moderating effects of alignment facilitators on the relationship between AMT level and MAIS strategic alignment. According to the results of this study, there were significant positive relationships among AMT level, MAIS strategic alignment and production performance. The significant positive correlations were also observed between MAIS strategic alignment and information characteristics such as information scope and information integration. We also demonstrated the positive moderating impact of alignment faci1itators(i.e. the participation of other departments and accountants) on the relationship between AMT level and MAIS strategic alignment.
