영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES For our domestic accommodation. it is often controversial as a social issue that many accommodation like motel have been indiscriminately located throughout nation, whether downtown, rural area or tourist places. Especially, random establishment of condominiums aroused a storm of public criticism on their lot sales and use under tough competition. Mean shile, our private lodging has more or less difficulty in providing comfortable residential environment because of inferior facilities and service aspects. Moreover, it does not meet the needs of tourists who want to enjoy their own leisure time, although our life quality has been enhanced than ever. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Thus, this study focused on looking into elements for residential environment of pension as an axis of accommodation and analyzing problems so as to search any remedial solution. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS In the operation level, it is necessary to link promotion via Internet, provincial tourism association, local governments and Korea Pension association among one another for the advancement of marketing. In addition, it is necessary to develop original themos along with improvement of service quality. 2. RESULTS Pension is critical to building up Korea as a tourism country and sound accommodation culture. Therefore, it should be complemented and improved in various levels for it's settlement as an accommodation. 3. KEY WORDS Environment, high quality pension, domestic lodging business.
