영문 초록

This research analysed the domestic takeout coffee industry by utilizing Porter's analysis of industrial structure and gives insight to structural characteristics of the structure of the Korean takeout coffee industry which determine mode of competition and rate of return of takeout coffee stores, This analysis helps to estimate whether the industry will grow or decline and to know how the stores react to change the current industrial structure for their benefit and what are the key factors to success in the Industry.
