한국 성인의 평생학습실태 통계결과항목에 대한 평생교육 담당자의 요구분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국 성인의 평생학습실태의 통계결과항목에 대한 평생교육 담당자의 요구를 실증적으로 파악하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 선행연구와 평생교육 담당자 10명의 초점집단면접 결과를 토대로 한국 성인의 평생학습실태의 통계결과항목에 대한 47개 요구조사 문항을 구성하였다. 요구조사는 전국 평생교육기관에 근무하는 평생교육 담당자 128명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 수집된 자료를 활용하여 조사 문항의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 이후 요구분석 절차에 따라 대응표본 t검증, Borich 요구도 분석, LFF 분석을 하였다. 그리고 Borich 요구도 분석과 LFF 분석을 비교하여 요구 우선순위를 결정하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 47개 요구조사항목 중 최우선순위로 도출된 항목은 평생학습 참여율, 평생학습 불참요인, 앞으로 참여하길 희망하는 프로그램, 학습매체 선호도, 학습방법 선호도, 학습에 대한 태도, 온라인 학습 플랫폼 선호도, 평생학습의 효과로 시민의식 수준, 평생학습의 효과로 업무능력 개선, 학습자의 평생학습프로그램 참여 가능 거리, 세분화된 평생교육 참여 장애요인이었다. 둘째, 차우선순위로 파악된 4개 항목은 자녀 유무와 육아형태에 따른 평생학습 참여율, 비형식교육 참여율, 평생학습 연평균 참여시간, 다문화 가정 구성원의 평생학습 참여 동기였다. 셋째, 요구가 낮은 항목은 15개가 도출되었다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 결론 및 시사점을 기술하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to empirically understand the needs of lifelong education officers for statistical results of Korean adults' lifelong learning survey. In order to achieve the purpose, a survey questionnaire was constructed based on previous studies and focus group interviews with 10 lifelong education officers. The survey was conducted on 128 officers working at lifelong education institutions nationwide. Using the collected data, the validity and reliability of the survey questions were first analyzed. After that, paired t-test, Borich demand analysis, and LFF analysis were performed. And the priorities were determined by comparing the Borich demand analysis with the LFF analysis. The results are as follows. First, among the 47 items, the highest priorities were the participation rate in lifelong learning, factors absent from lifelong learning, programs wishing to participate in the future, learning media preference, learning method preference, attitude toward learning, online learning platform preference, civic awareness as the effect of lifelong learning, the distance making learners' participation in lifelong learning programs, and detailed obstacles to participation in lifelong education. Second, the four items identified as second priorities were the participation rate of lifelong learning according to the presence or absence of children and the type of parenting, the participation rate of non-formal education, the annual average participation-time of lifelong learning, and the motivation for members of multicultural families to participate in lifelong learning. Third, 15 items with low current utilization and future importance were derived. The conclusions and implications for the above results were presented.
