국문 초록

연구목적: 특수교사의 에듀테크 활용 실태와 인식을 조사하여, 특수교육 현장에서의 효율적인 활용 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구방법: 부산･울산 지역의 초･중･고 특수학급 및 특수학교에 근무하는 특수교사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 2주간 실시하였다. 연구결과: 연구에 참여한 약 70%의 특수교사가 에듀테크를 활용하고 있으며, AR/VR 기술이 가장 많이 사용되는 기술로 나타났다. 원격 수업 및 자료 제작 도구로 에듀테크의 사용 빈도가 높았으며, 학생 참여 동기 유발이 장점으로, 서비스 이용의 어려움이 단점으로 나타났다. 또한, 제품 정보 접근성 개선과 연수 확대가 지원 사항으로 언급되었다. 논의 및 결론: 대부분의 특수교사가 교과 수업, 학생 지원, 학생 관리에 있어 에듀테크를 활용 한 경험이 있으나, 학습 관리 및 학습 도구로 에듀테크의 활용도는 낮았다. 서비스 이용의 어려움과 다양한 에듀테크 정보 부족은 에듀테크 활용의 큰 장벽으로 지적된다. 따라서 효과적인 에듀테크 활용을 위해 지속적인 행･재정적 지원, 적절한 도구 개발, 그리고 교사 역량 강화를 위한 정보 공유, 연수 프로그램 개발 및 확대가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study investigates the current status and perception of EdTech among special education teachers, aiming to identify effective ways to leverage it in special education settings. Method: A survey was conducted over two weeks targeting special education teachers who have used EdTech working in special classes and schools at elementary, middle, and high schools in Busan and Ulsan regoins. Results: Approximately 70% of special education teachers participating in the study reported using EdTech, with AR/VR technology identifying as the most commonly used. EdTech was frequently used for remote teaching and material creation tools, with motivating student participation as an advantage However, difficulties in accessing services were identified as a disadvantage. Additionally, improving product information accessibility and expanding training opportunities were mentioned as areas for support. Conclusion: Most special education teachers reported experience in using EdTech for teaching subjects, supporting students, and managing students; however, the utilization of EdTech as a learning management and learning tool was relatively limited. Difficulties in using services and a lack of diverse information on EdTech were identified as significant barriers. Therefore, to address these issues, continuous administrative and financial support, appropriate tool development, and the information sharing along with program development and expansion of training programs to enhance teacher competencies are necessary.
