영문 초록

Since a company called Kink launched in 1997 by Peter Thomas Acworth from San Francisco, it has been gaining popularity. The company deals with BDSM and Fetish contents and embracing various kinds of sexuality into their work. This paper is to propose a path to embrace sexualities that cause legal trouble and possibly increase sexual health for those with unfulfilled desire by analyzing the mechanism of BDSM. This paper assumes problems of sex crime can be reduced by making legally acceptable joy available to perpetrators beforehand, and adults have a lot to explore for their sexuality.
