자기통찰 프로그램이 놀이치료사의 전문성 발달에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 놀이치료사의 전문성 발달을 향상시키기 위해 자기통찰 프로그램을 실시하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 자기통찰의 과정으로 자기인식, 자기탐색, 자기이해의 세 가지 단계가 요구된다는 여러 학자들의 이론을 반영하여 프로그램을 구성하였다. 연구 대상은 3년 이상의 경력을 가진 놀이치료사로, 실험 집단 6명, 통제집단 6명으로 구성하였고, 프로그램은 12회기 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 프로그램은 놀이치료사의 전문성의 발달에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 본 프로그램은 놀이치료사의 공감능력 향상에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 본 프로그램은 놀이치료사의 질적인 변화에도 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기통찰이 놀이치료사의 전문성 발달을 높이는 데 중요한 요인이라는 점을 검증하였다. 둘째, 놀이치료사의 전문성 발달을 높이기 위한 효율적인 개입방법을 제시하였다. 셋째, 놀이치료사의 전문성 발달을 위한 실천적인 경험연구와 프로그램 개발의 토대를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to perform self-insight program and test the effects in order to improve the Professional development of play-therapist. The program was designed reflecting the theories of various scholars that three stages, self-awareness, self-search and self-understanding as the process of self-insight. The study subject was play therapists with 5 years or more experience, with 6 in test group and 6 in controlled group, and the program was performed over 12 sessions. The results of this study are as following. First, this program was effective in improving the Professional development of play therapists. Second, this program was effective in improving the sympathising ability of play therapists. Third, this program had a positive effect in qualitative change of play therapist. Based on the above results, the significance of this study is as following. First, it proved that self-insight is an important factor in improving Professional development of play therapist. Second, the study suggested an effective interference method to improve the Professional development of a play therapist. Third, it has provided a basis for developing programs and practical experimental study for developing professionalism of play therapist.
