재직자를 대상으로 한 진로 구성 상담의 효과에 관한 질적 사례 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 성인 직장인 내담자들이 Savickas의 진로 구성 상담의 본 상담과 추수 상담 과정에서 어떤 경험을 하는지 또한 어떤 효과가 있는지를 심층적으로 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 진로 갈등을 겪고 있는 2명의 연구 참여자들을 대상으로 종단적 질적 사례 연구를 진행하였다. 2017년 상반기 중에 진로 구성 상담을 실시하였고, 이어서 상담 전반에 관한 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 상담은 연구 참여자들에게 의미 있는 것으로 나타났다. 심층 면담에서 드러난 내용을 정리해 보면, ‘나를 제대로 알게 됨’, ‘자기를 바탕으로 진로를 설정함’, ‘스토리 공동 구성 작업이 유익함’, ‘관점을 유연하게 전환하게 됨’, ‘생애 초상화의 스토리가 진로 실행 과정에서 힘이 될 것 같음’, ‘실행할 수 있겠다는 자신감이 생겨남’, ‘사회적 기여와 가치를 생각함’ 으로 나타났다. 이어서 진행된 추수 상담은 2년 이내 의미 있는 변화나 성과가 발생하는 시점까지로 설정하고 3개월에 1회 간격으로 진행되었다. 20개월 경과된 시점에 2명의 내담자들 각각에게 의미 있는 성과를 거두면서 종결하게 되었다. 이를 통해 진로 구성 상담의 본 상담의 효과뿐만 아니라 추수 상담에서의 종단적 효과까지 살펴 볼 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The study provides an in-depth look at how adult workers experience and also work in Savickas career construction counseling during the main and follow-up counseling sessions. To this end, a longitudinal qualitative case study was conducted on two participants of research who were in a career conflict. During the first half of 2017, the career construction counseling was conducted and followed by in-depth interviews on the overall counseling. The results showed that counseling is meaningful to participants of research. In summary, the results of it were Getting to know me right , Setting my career path based on myself , Story co-construction working is beneficial , Shifting the point of view flexibly , The story of a life portrait appears to be a powerful energy in the time of career execution , Feeling confidence in being able to do it , Thinking about social contribution and value . The follow-up counseling was established to the point where meaningful changes or achievements occurred within two years and was conducted every three months. Twenty months later, it ended with a meaningful result for each of the two participants of research. This allowed us to see not only the effect of main counseling of career construction counseling, but also the longitudinal effects of follow-up counseling.
