국내 경험회피 연구동향 : 주요 상담 및 심리학 관련 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 주요 상담 및 심리학 관련 학술지를 중심으로 국내 경험회피 연구 동향을 분석한 논문이다. KCI에 등재된 국내 주요 상담 및 심리학 관련 학술지 논문 41편을 연구대상으로 선정하여 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제, 통계분석, 측정도구, 연구변인을 기준으로 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 주요 상담 및 심리학 관련 학술지의 경험회피 연구는 2007년부터 2018년까지 꾸준히 게재되었고 2014년부터 증가하다 2018년에는 감소하였다. 연구대상은 대학(원)생을 대상으로 한 경험회피 연구가 가장 많이 진행되었다. 연구방법은 양적연구가 가장 많았으며, 연구주제는 변인 간의 관계를 규명하는 연구가 주로 이루어졌다. 경험회피 연구에서 가장 많이 활용된 측정도구는 AAQ(수용-행동 질문지)로 나타났다. 경험회피의 연구변인별 동향은 독립변인 6편, 조절변인 4편, 종속변인 2편, 매개변인 22편으로 매개변인이 주를 이루었다. 경험회피의 매개효과를 규명한 연구에서 종속변인은 정서, 관계, 정신병리, 중독, 외상, 진로의 범주로 구분될 수 있었으며 이 중 정서관련 변인을 종속변인으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to analyze research trends of experiential avoidance in South Korea. Methods: For this purpose, 41 papers published in KCI(Korea Citation Index) accredited journals were selected and analyzed based on the research subjects, research methods, research topics, scales, and variables. Results: The main results of this study are as follows: The studies of experiential avoidance published in the main counseling and psychology journals have been conducted annually from 2007 to 2018. In terms of research subjects, much of the studies were conducted on university students, and most of the studies were designed with quantitative researches. Furthermore, the research of relationships between variables was mostly selected and studied amongst others. The most frequently used scales measuring experiential avoidance was AAQ. Meanwhile, there were 6 studies using experiential avoidance as an independent variable, 4 studies as a moderating variable, and 22 studies as a mediating variable. When experiential avoidance is used as a mediating variable, dependent variables can be divided into emotion-related, relation-related, psychopathology-related, addiction-related, trauma-related, career-related, other related variables. Emotion-related dependent variables have been the most frequent variable when experiential avoidance was the mediating variable. Conclusions: Based on these findings, this study mentions the limitations and implications of the review.
