영문 초록

Goverment had focused on residing welfare policy to quantity of housing. The policy that focused on amount couldn`t propose minimum housing standards. In oder side, counstruction of mortmain rental house need lots of finance, and it`s benefaction limits a small numbers. So, it can`t insist anymore that extending inside space. Finally problem had improved that mortmain rental house extned it`s space from inside to outside. To conclude, it`s importance ting that consideration of outspace in oder to plan residing welfar policy. It need to consider not only rental house but also common house, others. Because, plan for outspace is site 0plan that`s territory contains both all. And, need focus on community between this housing, classes. In actuality, this between relationship, it occur wariness. This situation is bad influence to pot plan. Until now, site plan only had trealed to landscape that divide site and passage, Time to come future, this problem would changed sit system that enable servce inhabitant`s welfare, and progress community.
