The Ministry of Education clearly points out that it is necessary to cultivate students' positive psychological quality, maintain an optimistic attitude, and teach students to correctly handle interpersonal relations. Interpersonal skills are essential social life skills for students. In order to better adapt to the society, secondary vocational students must have good interpersonal skills. In this study, questionnaire survey was first adopted to investigate the interpersonal skills of all students in HE secondary vocational school. Two classes with no significant difference in interpersonal skills were selected as the experimental class and the control class, and then the interpersonal mental health education course was taught to the experimental class for 8 weeks. Finally, the interpersonal skills of the experimental class and the control class are analyzed. Independent sample t test was used to analyze the differences of interpersonal skills between the experimental class and the control class. The results showed that there were significant differences in interpersonal skills between the experimental class and the control class. Specifically, the students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class in the aspects of active communication ability, appropriate refusal ability, self-disclosure ability, conflict management ability and emotional support ability. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that the interpersonal mental health education course can improve the interpersonal communication ability of secondary vocational students. In order to strengthen the effect of interpersonal mental health education courses on improving students' interpersonal communication skills, this study puts forward suggestions on improving the contents of interpersonal mental health education courses and innovating the methods of interpersonal mental health education, and puts forward safeguard measures from the levels of schools, teachers, students and parents.

영문 초록

教育部明确指出要培养学生积极心理品质,保持乐观向上心态,教导学生正确处理人际关系。人际交往能力是学生必备的社会生活技能。中职生为了更好地适应社会,必须具备良好的人际交往能力。本研究首先采取问卷调查法,对HE 中职学校对全体学生的人际交往能力进行调查,选出在人际交往能力方面没有显著性差异的两个班作为实验班与对照班,再对实验班进行为期8 周的人际心理健康教育课教学。最后,对实验班与对照班的人际交往能力进行分析。采取独立样本t 检验,分析实验班与对照班学生人际交往能力的差异性,结果发现:实验班与对照班学生人际交往能力存在显著性差异。具体来说,实验班学生在主动交往能力、适当拒绝能力、自我表露能力、冲突管理能力、情感支持能力等方面都显著高于对照班学生。因此,本研究的结论是:人际心理健康教育课能够提升中职生的人际交往能力。为了加强人际心理健康教育课程提升学生人际交往能力的效果,本研究提出了完善人际心理健康教育课程内容、创新人际心理健康教育方法的建议,并从学校、教师、学生、家长层面提出了保障措施。
