2022 개정 교육과정에 따른 고등학교의 수학 과목 편성 현황 및 요구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2022 개정 교육과정과 고교학점제 시행에 따라 고등학교 현장의 교육과정 편성이 어떻게 이루어지고 그에 따른 이슈와 현장의 요구가 무엇인지 분석하고자 전국의 일반고와 특성화고를 표집하여 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 일반고에서는 공통 과목과 일반 선택 과목을 대부분 편성하고, 특성화고에서는 공통 과목 위주로 편성이 되었으나 두 학교 유형 모두 개설 학점 평균이 4학점 미만이었다. 교육과정 편성 시 편성 기준, 어려움, 학생들의 과목 선택 예상, 과목 편성 후 우려 사항, 고교학점제에서 수학 교사들의 예상되는 어려움, 공동 교육과정에서 수학 과목의 어려움, 교사 수급 문제 및 학생들을 위한 수학 과목 선택 안내 필요 사항, 수학 과목 편성과 운영을 위한 정책 등에 대한 설문 결과를 학교 유형별로 빈도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 수학 과목의 4학점 확보, 교사들의 과목 이해를 위한 연수, 학생을 위한 안내 자료, 성취평가제의 원활한 운영, 교사 업무 부담 축소 방안, 공동 교육과정에서의 평가 산출, 최소 성취수준 보장 운영에 대한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

In accordance with the 2022 revised curriculum and the implementation of the high school credit system, this study sampled high schools nationwide to analyze how the school curriculum was organized and what issues were caused by it. In general high schools, most of the common and general elective subjects were organized, and in specialized high schools, the common subjects were organized. The average credits both types was less than 4 credits. When organizing the curriculum, the issues such as the standards for organization, difficulties, students' expectations for subject selection, concerns after curriculum organization, expected difficulties of mathematics teachers, problems in mathematics subjects in the joint curriculum, teacher supply and demand, requirements for guidance on selecting mathematics subjects for students, and policies for organizing and operating mathematics subjects were represented. Based on the results of the study, suggestions were made on securing 4 credits for mathematics subjects, training for teachers to understand new subjects, deveopment of guidance materials for students, smooth operation of the achievement standard-based assessment system, ways to reduce the burden on teachers, assessment in the joint curriculum, and ensuring the minimum achievement level.
