국가직무능력표준 기반의 세무직무교육이 업무성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

[연구목적]본 연구의 목적은 국가직무능력표준 기반의 세무직무교육과 업무성과 간의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이와 관련하여 세무직무교육을 국가직무능력표준에 의하여 실시하였을 경우 산업현장에서의 업무성과를 살펴보는 것이다. [연구방법]본 연구에서는 국가직무능력표준 기반의 직무교육을 이수한 근로자를 대상으로 설문 방법으로 직무교육과 업무성과의 관련성 검증을 위하여 SPSS 및 AMOS 통계프로그램을 이용하였다. 또한, 직무교육이 교육만족, 경력몰입, 직무만족 그리고 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. [연구결과]분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 직무교육과 교육만족, 교육만족과 경력몰입, 교육만족과 직무만족, 그리고 직무만족과 업무성과에 모두 정(＋)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무교육과 경력몰입, 경력몰입과 업무성과는 비유의적 부(－)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과는 직무교육은 교육만족을 통해 경력몰입에 유의적 영향을 미치고, 경력몰입은 직무만족을 통해 업무성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것을 검증하였다. 이는 국가직무능력표준 기반의 직무교육은 교육만족, 경력몰입, 직무만족을 통해서 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악하였다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구는 직무교육이 기업의 업무성과 달성을 위하여 어떠한 경로로 진행되어야 하는가에 대하여 검증하였다. 또한, 구체적인 직무교육내용으로 국가직무능력표준을 적용하는 경우 그 경로의 차별성 여부에 대하여 검증한 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 이러한 분석 결과는 기업의 직무교육에서 국가직무능력표준에 기반한 교육투자를 어떠한 경로로 진행해야 하는지와 관련한 의사결정에 도움을 기대할 수 있다.

영문 초록

[Purpose]The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between tax job training and work performance based on national competency standards. National competency standards refer to the standardization of knowledge, skills, literacy, and attitudes required for job performance in industrial sites, systematically according to its industry classification or level. [Methodology]This study collected data using questionnaires. the relationship between job training and work performance was verified by sampling workers who completed job training based on national competency standards. In addition, the effect of job training on education satisfaction, career commitment, job satisfaction, and work performance was analyzed. The purpose of this analysis is to determine whether the job training plays a statistically significant role between these variables. [Findings]The results of this study showed that job training of national competency standards had a positive effect on education satisfaction, career commitment, job satisfaction, and work performance. The results of this study showed that there was a positive (＋) effect between job training and educational satisfaction, between education satisfaction and career commitment, between career commitment and job satisfaction, between education satisfaction and job satisfaction, and between job satisfaction and job performance. It was found that there was a negative (－) correlation between job training and career commitment, and between career commitment and work performance. Through the results of this study, it was verified that job training can lead to career commitment through educational satisfaction, and that career commitment can lead to job performance through job satisfaction. In addition, it was found that job training based on national competency for members of the organization had a positive effect on work performance when it was carried out in this order of education satisfaction, career satisfaction, and job satisfaction. [Implications]This study verified what path job training should take to achieve work performance. In addition, when applying specific national competency standards, the study is significant in that it verifies the differentiation of the path. The results of this analysis are expected to be helpful in making decisions related to education investment in corporate job training.
