국문 초록

본 연구는 조명이 인간의 심리와 행동에 미치는 다양한 영향을 분석한 문헌 고찰로, 자연채광과 인공조명이 감정, 집중력, 생산성에 미치는 심리적 효과를 탐구하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 조명은 단순히 공간을 밝히는 수단에 그치지 않고, 인간의 정서와 행동에 실질적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 환경적 요소로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 논문, 서적, 공공 보고서를 종합적으로 분석하여 조명이 인간 심리에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 검토하였다. 따뜻한 색채의 조명은 정서적 안정감을 유도하여 주거 공간이나 휴식 공간에 적합한 반면, 차가운 색채의 조명은 집중력과 인지적 성과를 높이는 데 효과적이어서 사무실이나 학습 공간에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 실내 환경에서 조명의 심리적 효과를 최적화함으로써 심리적 안정과 작업 효율성을 증대시키는 데 중요한 자료를 제공하며, 조명이 인간의 심리와 행동에 미치는 다양한 영향을 분석한 문헌 고찰로, 자연채광과 인공조명이 감정, 집중력, 생산성에 미치는 심리적 효과를 탐구한다. 조명은 단순히 환경을 밝히는 도구가 아니라, 사람의 정서와 행동에 실질적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 환경 요소이다. 최근 연구들은 조명이 인간 심리와 정서적 안정에 미치는 영향을 점점 더 구체화하고 있으며, 이는 실내 디자인, 건축, 작업 환경의 최적화와 같은 다양한 분야에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 앞으로 실내 환경에서 조명의 심리적 효과를 최적화하는 구체적 가이드라인을 마련하는 데 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study is a literature review analyzing the various effects of lighting on human psychology and behavior, focusing on exploring the psychological effects of natural lighting and artificial lighting on emotions, concentration, and productivity. Lighting is not simply a means of illuminating a space, but is attracting attention as an important environmental element that has a practical impact on human emotions and behavior. This study conducted an in-depth review of the impact of lighting on human psychology by comprehensively analyzing domestic and international papers, books, and public reports.It was confirmed that warm-colored lighting induces emotional stability and is suitable for residential or resting spaces, while cool-colored lighting is effective in increasing concentration and cognitive performance and can be useful in offices or study spaces. This study provides important data to increase psychological stability and work efficiency by optimizing the psychological effects of lighting in indoor environments, and is a literature review that analyzes the various effects of lighting on human psychology and behavior, including natural lighting and artificial lighting. Explore the psychological effects of lighting on emotions, concentration, and productivity. Lighting is not simply a tool to illuminate the environment, but is an important environmental element that has a real impact on people's emotions and behavior. Recent studies are increasingly specifying the impact of lighting on human psychology and emotional well-being, which has implications for areas such as interior design, architecture, and optimization of the work environment. It provides important implications in various fields. These research results are expected to be used as basic data in the future to establish specific guidelines for optimizing the psychological effects of lighting in indoor environments.
