국문 초록

본 연구에서는 기술수용모델(Technolog y Acceptance Model, TAM)을 활용하여 블록체인 기반 전자선하증권의 기술적 특성(보안성, 가용성, 적합성)이 지각된 유용성 및 용이성, 그리고 최종적으로는 활용의도에 미치는 영향을 조사한다. 연구 대상은 우리나라 수출입 및 해운·물류기업으로 한국무역협회, 한국해운협회, 한국통합물류협회 등 회원 리스트를 바탕으로 2024년 5월 10일부터 동년 7월 15일까지 온·오프라인을 혼합한 방식인 대면, 전화, e-mail 등을 통해 총 1,300부가 배포되었다. 회수된 216부 중 불성실한 응답 13부를 제외한 203부의 응답을 바탕으로 IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0과 Smart PLS 4.0을 활용해 실증분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 블록체인 기반 전자선하증권의 보안성과 지각된 용이성, 가용성과 지각된 유용성 간의 관계를 제외한 모든 변수 간 관계에서 유의한 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 블록체인 기반 전자선하증권의 기술적 특성이 활용의도에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 규명함으로써, 해당 기술의 도입 및 확산을 위한 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This paper evaluates the factors influencing the adoption and use of blockchain’s electronic bill of lading (e-B/L) in the trade and logistics industry, assessing its practical acceptability and suggesting future research directions. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper developed a research model based on prior studies and technology acceptance models, and used survey data from Korean trade and logistics firms to identify factors influencing e-B/L adoption. Results: Availability and suitability of a blockchain e-B/L influences its perceived ease of use positively, while security and suitability influences perceived usefulness positively. Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive impact on the intention to use. Conclusions: This paper provides practitioners and researchers in the field of trade logistics with in-depth insights into the key factors influencing the adoption and utilization of a blockchain e-B/L, and provides a useful basis for future research and practical decisions.
