국문 초록

베트남어를 강의하는 교수자로서 연구자는 처음에는 효율적인 베트남어 강의기법 개발에 몰두하였지만 이것이 학습자의 베트남어 구사 능력 향상에 한계를 가지며, 또한 베트남어 구사 능력이 학습자의 삶의 문제 해결과 직접적인 연계성이 부족하다는 문제의식을 갖게 되었다. 학습자의 역량을 개발하기 위해 혁신교수법을 적용하는 수업을 설계하고 운영함으로써 일정한 성과를 거두기도 했지만 국가 차원의 교육과정 개정을 통해 역량 함양을 목표로 하는 교육환경을 조성하는 것이 필요하다는 인식을 하게 되었다. 그리고 2022 교육과정의 개정 과정과 내용을 주시해왔다. 본 연구를 통해 2022 개정 교육과정 총론의 추진 배경, 추진 과정, 주요 내용과 베트남어 교과 중 「베트남어」 과목 교육과정을 2015 교육과정과 비교하여 그 차이점과 특징을 살펴보았다. 2015 교육과정에 비해, 2022 교육과정의 개정은 그 추진 배경에서부터 교원, 학생, 학부모 등 다양한 교육 주체를 포함한 국민적 합의에 근거하였기 때문에 교육이 학습자의 삶의 맥락과 관련한 역량을 강화해야 한다는 시대적 요구를 반영하였다. 2022 교육과정 개정의 의의는 변화하는 상황에 주도적으로 대응할 수 있는 역량을 함양하는 교육 환경의 구축이라고 할 수 있다. 2015 교육과정은 내용 요소 간 연계성이 부족하여 분절된 지식으로 교과 맥락에 한정되어, 그 지식이 문항 풀이에 갇혀 있다면, 2022 개정 교육과정은 핵심 아이디어를 통해 요소 간 연계성이 확보되고 이것이 역량으로 일반화되어 삶의 맥락에서도 발휘될 수 있도록 교육환경을 조성한 것이다. 베트남어 교육과정은 교과목의 목표, 내용 체계에서 개정 교육과정 총론의 방향을 충실히 반영하고 있다. 특히, 내용 체계의 핵심 아이디어는 [지식·이해], [과정·기능], [가치·태도]간 상호 연계성을 확보하여 수업을 통해 습득하는 지식이 삶의 문제를 해결하는 일반화된 역량으로 발휘될 수 있도록 했다고 평가할 수 있다.

영문 초록

As a Vietnamese instructor, the researcher initially focused on developing efficient Vietnamese teaching techniques, but this limited the improvement of learners' Vietnamese speaking skills, and there was a problem consciousness that Vietnamese speaking ability lacked a direct relationship with learners' ability to solve problems in life. Although certain results were achieved by designing and operating classes that applied innovative teaching methods to develop learners' competencies, it was recognized that it was necessary to create an educational environment aimed at fostering competency through revision of the national curriculum. And I have been watching the revised process and contents of the 2022 curriculum. Through this study, the researcher compared the background, process, and main contents of the 2022 revised curriculum generalization and the Vietnamese subject curriculum among Vietnamese subjects with the 2015 curriculum to examine the differences and characteristics. Compared to the 2015 curriculum, the revision of the 2022 curriculum was based on national consensus, including various educational subjects such as teachers, students, and parents, reflecting the demand of the times that education should strengthen the competence related to the learner's life context. The significance of the 2022 curriculum revision can be said to be the establishment of an educational environment that fosters the ability to take the initiative in responding to changing situations. If the 2015 curriculum is limited to the context of the curriculum due to lack of linkage between content elements, and if the knowledge is trapped in solving questions, the 2022 revised curriculum has created an educational environment so that it can be generalized into competencies and displayed in the context of life. The Vietnamese curriculum faithfully reflects the direction of the revised curriculum general in the curriculum goal and content system. In particular, the core idea of the content system can be evaluated as securing interconnection between [knowledge and understanding], [process and function], and [value and attitude] so that the knowledge acquired through class can be used as a generalized ability to solve life problems.
